Canadian Dollar = US Dollar = We're All Fucked

Well, the party of fiscal responsibility has done a fine job with our economy. In case you haven't heard, the Canadian Dollar is now worth the same as the US Dollar:

I find it interesting that a country with so many socialized services (demonized by the Republican zealots) and a population one tenth of the US has the same buying power with a loonie as we do with a greenback.
